I have been photographing Noah since he was in his Mommy's belly! It has been such a pleasure watching him grow. I am so blessed to be documenting this little guy's first year of life. He gets cuter with every session and I love seeing how much he grows every three months! His personality is really starting to come out and I think you can definitely see it in these images! Enjoy all of Noah's cuteness....
We tried really hard to get his little curls under control and to stay behind his ear, but they weren't having it.  And, I think it's adorable.  This is Noah at six months - adorable hair and all!

We couldn't forget some shots with big brother, Harrison!
And, what an amazing big brother he is!
Someone's already rolling over - both ways!
I'm going to end with my favorite. I just can't get enough of those sweet cheeks and that hat!

I am so thankful for the freedom that my new studio space has given me.  I have the freedom to get work done, without feeling like I should really be doing laundry and cleaning the house.  Working from home is not easy, and I have come to realize that I can be incredibly productive with my own workspace away from home! I was never getting any work done at my home office because everything on my personal "to-do" list was staring at me every second of the day.  I could not separate my home life and my work life and my business was suffering for it.

I am loving my new dedicated photography space because it allows me to give my business the attention it deserves (and needs).  I am looking forward to really growing my business in 2013 and having my own studio space is the first step in that direction.

Another perk to having a space ALL MY OWN.....
Fridays can officially be Furry Office Assistant Day! (and, yes, Harley is wearing a pirate collar, straight from Key West, thanks to her Grandparents).

Have a great weekend!

Most times I take for granted living a few hours from most of my immediate family. My dear friend Stella grew up in the Philippines, so when her sweet Mom, sister and nephew came to visit we HAD to take advantage of their time together! With all of the technology we have nowadays, keeping in touch is a little easier with the help of skype and facetime! But, nothing is quite as sweet as being able to see and hug your family in person.  I am so glad I was able to capture these memories of Stella and her family.

First up, her nephew, Daegan! Isn't he a cutie?

We already rescheduled this session once because of the crazy windy weather, so they just embraced the windy hair look and cold temperatures!

Magnus was feeling left out... hehe

Stella, please don't kill me for posting the photo on the left! It just perfectly captures how windy it was that day, plus, you look beautiful!
Eric and Stella are such dear friends. Alan and I are so grateful to have them in our lives! Magnus just kills me. He is so well behaved and the sweetest, if you can't tell!

Seriously gorgeous sisters!
Stella's Mom isn't used to the wintery weather we were getting during her visit. Her girls did their best to keep her warm! Love this one!

Even though its January, I still have a few more sessions I'm excited to share with you from 2012!  Alan and I were able to visit good friends that recently moved away.  They moved back to their hometown of Cartersville, Georgia and it was so great to spend time with them like we used to! Thanks for the delicious dinner and tour of your beautiful hometown Carlton and Trisha! We miss you guys in Moultrie.

Lori is six months old now and she has grown so much from last time we saw her.  It was her first Christmas, so we had fun playing in front of a few different Christmas trees (both of her grandparents). Yep, Lori is one lucky little girl! She used to live over four hours from her family, and now, they are minutes away and are able to watch her grow up!

Lori's Mommy made her sweet dress...yep. She MADE it, and there are sparkles on it! I couldn't get enough of it! Trisha is pretty talented with a set of knitting needles! I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that the holidays were a little bit sweeter with this little girl around!
Those leg warmers kill me! Serious cuteness right there.....
Lori's sweet cousins joined her for a pajama party.
Lori loves her big cousins and I think the feelings are mutual!
I feel like Lori is really concerned about why we left her by herself on the couch with Santa's reindeer!
We hope to see this sweet family again soon!

If you didn't already know, I am an animal lover. If you follow me on instagram (amandamhurst) you might realize quickly that I love our pets, take too many photos of them, and snuggle with them A LOT! So, naturally, I love love love to photograph animals! I think every photo shoot can be made better by an animal! Their unpredictability makes a shoot just a little more fun, and they will easily get everyone laughing and smiling.

Lindsey and Brandon brought along Olive and Pickles for their shoot and we were laughing the entire time! It was cold and windy outside so we tried to keep the pups from freezing or blowing away (they're tiny little ones).

Pickles and Olive weren't the only animals in this shoot.  Check out the last few photos for more furry feathered friends!

Thanks for a fun day Lindsey and Brandon! Your pups are the sweetest and I am so glad I could capture these memories for you!

Lindsey, you're beautiful!

Our shoot was not complete without a visit to the coop!
